The whole fee list, published.

We publish our prices because being quoted a figure in the chair, after the bad news, is a horrible way to find out what something costs. Anything over £150 gets a written estimate by email before we book the appointment.

Dental treatment is exempt from VAT, so the figures above are what you pay. Fees were last reviewed on 1 January 2026 and we give existing patients a month's notice before any change. Where a fee says "from", the final price depends on the size of the job, and you will have it in writing before we start.

The Halliwell Plan

£19.50 a month, and the routine stuff is covered.

The plan spreads the cost of the appointments most people need anyway, and takes 10% off anything else. It is collected by Direct Debit on the first of the month through our plan administrator.

There is a three month minimum term, then one month's notice whenever you want to stop. No joining fee, no exit fee, and nothing to sign in the chair.

£19.50per person, per month
  • Two examinations a year, with x-rays when they are due
  • Two 30 minute hygiene appointments a year
  • 10% off fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures and cosmetic work
  • One emergency appointment a year in practice hours at no charge
  • Free examinations for your children under 18
  • Worldwide dental trauma and emergency cover through the plan provider

Taken separately, two examinations and two hygiene visits come to £260 a year. The plan is £234, so the saving is modest: the discount on other treatment is where most people gain. It is a payment plan, not insurance, and it does not cover work you already need when you join.

0% finance over 12 months. Treatment plans over £500 can be spread across a year at 0% interest. Illustrative example: an Invisalign case at £2,950 with no deposit becomes 12 monthly payments of £245.83, total repayable £2,950, 0% APR representative. Finance is provided by a third party lender and is subject to status and to their approval. We are not a lender, we receive no commission, and declining finance does not change the price.

How and when you pay. Card, cash or bank transfer, settled on the day. Laboratory work such as crowns, dentures and veneers needs a 25% deposit when we take the impressions or scan, because the lab bill lands whether or not the work is collected. We never ask for card details over the phone or by email.

Want a firm figure for your own mouth?

Book an examination and you will leave with a written plan and a total. If the total is more than you expected, we will talk about sequencing it over a year or two.
